Meet the chef

This is a small personal project by chef David, who was born in 1994 and grew up in a village in southwestern Spain, cooking at home with his mother and his grandmother when he was still a child.

Chef David wants to share the knowledge and respect he developed for traditional Spanish cuisine, wich he gained at home as a child and later formalized by studing at culinary school.
